The Process of Making the Faraday Bag
For this product being a handmade item, it takes a long process to make each one. I can tell you a little bit of the story behind the making of these Faraday pouches in suede. First of all, the signal shielding material must be precisely cut to fit the ideal size. After the material being cut, I must put the three layers of this special sheet together and then sewn them all up. This process only takes an hour for each pouch. The second part of the project is cutting the fine black suede in the exact size for each pouch. Then, make the holes in the leather for the fasteners. Right after, I have to make the brown leather straps for the fasteners, and again, more holes and then attaching the metal snaps to the leather. Consequently, the fine black suede has to be sewn up with the signal shielding material. Finally, I take all the pouches to my office in town and test one by one to see if there are any imperfections on them. That been said, it takes me approximately three hours to make each Faraday pouch. The final results? Priceless. This is the art of handmade work.
